- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Found another doctor after discovering she'd noted I was "agoraphobic" just because I don't go out much (no particular outside interests), and that I'd dislocated my right thumb when in fact it was my left (even though she's the one who first treated me). Then she spent one entire visit with me while looking at a different patient's chart and didn't discover her mistake until I was leaving and she was getting ready to give me a prescription -- based on the other person's chart -- for a condition I didn't have. When I asked for a copy of my records to take to a different doctor, they put me off for several weeks and then finally gave me a print-out of about 100 pages (instead of a digital copy) -- and charged me for it.April 03, 2017by Susan R
