  Very unprofessional. my wife was scheduled for a.c.l. reconstruction surgery Dr papilion showed up 4 hours late we were given many different excuses ..I.e. he was at a funeral or he is in another hospital performing emergency shoulder surgery. After all was said and done it was 8pm the staff at the surgery center were cleverly trying to get us to reschedule the surgery by hint that they could not stop us from leaving if we didn't want to wait for the doctor. we finally got out of there and I was told by the Dr papilion to make a follow up apptoint. When we called for the follow up appointment we were given a time and day that nobody was in the clinic good thing the insurance adjuster called before we drove all the way down there only find out no one is there we vocalized to the adjuster of all the things that went on at surgery she called the doctors office shortly after that on the very same day Dr papillion called my wife directly to check on her condition at that time she advised the Dr. that she needed a refill of her prescription she was told OK it will be at the office to go pick it up upon arrival to get the script I was told it wasn't there and the person handling the script. was at lunch OK no big deal I left came home my wife called 2 hours later to check on it and again told it wasn't there was put on hold and subsequently hung up on for not wanting to be sent to v.m. for the 5th time bottom line is these people just do not care about there patients they can flat out lie to there faces. We have no respect for a medical practice such as this.
