  *Front office staff wonderful... That's it! *Office dated (including toys for waiting kids, not super clean) *Not patient centered focus, more so focused on touting experience and title *Billing took payment then sent bill to collector "in error" who after 4 months STILL hasn't removed error from bureau (I reported them) *The collector is unethical, they thought they had a bill for me from another provider and gave the account info (HIIPA protected) to RMPU to relay to me which ended up being outdated (reported that too) *Collector denied they shared info with RMPU in essence calling their client, RMPU, liars *Surgery results not precise as I hoped for my little guys penis ***Doc appt for sons circumscion post surgery. With no warning Doc tugged my son's penis apart to break the skin around head separating "penial adhesion" which created a lesion around perimeter & flooded my sons penis with dark red blood. My infant son wailed and wailed and wailed in deep pain "pain won't last too long" was Docs response. I almost fainted in shock and couldn't stand as I helplessly waited for my 8 month old sons pain to subside, begging them to help ease his discomfort, being greeted by arrogant smirk on Docs face... He stated " I do many of these, he'll be fine!" Denver office front staff great, all else sub par!

  Dr. Furness is fabulous. He is very confident and reassuring. He takes time to answer questions and seems to be very patient. The office and parking is a bit tricky to get to the very first time. Staff were nice. My 16 month old enjoyed playing with the huge wooden toy that you can climb inside.

  The billing department had two different addresses in their system for me, one of which was incorrect by one house number digit, therefore I never received the bill. They sent my bill to Alpine Credit on 9/13/2016; Alpine called me on 10/19/2016 and I paid the bill right away. However, it was outside of the 30-day timeframe from the time Alpine received our info, so this will most likely go on my credit. I am outraged; this was a mistake by the office, and they have affected my personal credit. And they didn't care on the phone, saying everything was automated and trying to cut short the conversation. They had my correct address, which proves that I provided them with the correct one, however they sent it to a second incorrect address also associated with our account. Outrageous accounting failure. Families, stay away!

  Billing department is horrible. My child had an appointment and surgery in june/july of 2016. It is now October, and I am still trying to get the bills figured out. Their billing department will not return phone calls and and is more then happy to send you letter about going to collections even after you have pointed out the billing mistakes with insurance. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!
